The lamination technique is one of the most important ones in the card manufacture. The annual capacity for magcard is 180 million cards.       Wangu has the advanced MUHLBAUER contact IC card production line from Germany. The accurate trough milling process makes the single contact IC card packing in ideal status. In the meantime, it also supplies the reliable technique and quality guarantee for the dual interface card manufacturing. We know clearly the strict request needed for dual interface card packing. Wangu continuously discusses in depth with the packing equipment and module producers in order to master this technique strongly.       The annual capacity for contact IC card is 40 millions. The quality of the product is a must for Wangu.       Wangu's contactless card has adopted the most advanced American AIT process. The core of AIT technology is inlay embedding and module welding. The inlay is embedded into the PVC sheet accurately by ultrasonic measurement and then the module and the inlay are welded within nitrogen gas surrounding. The strength of the welding points is secured higher than 80g within the safe factor. The above techniques are the most important parts in contactless card manufacturing.
